What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we allow for returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase provided that the items are unused, in the original packaging and the labels are intact. The return policy stays constant across all LEGACY stores.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase (wearables in the form of clothing, underwear, cosmetics etc.)
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Preferably with 8-11 business days. If you require an urgent deliveries, please feel free to contact us.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before your purchase. If purchases are over a designated amount then the shipping cost will be free upon check out.
