Refund policy

RETURNS:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, we allow for returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase provided that the items are unused, in the original packaging and the labels are intact. 

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase (wearables in the form of clothing, underwear, cosmetics etc.) 

REFUNDS: 

If any items qualify for a return then, the item in question will be inspected and store credit will be given to be used with a special discount code upon next purchase. We will always strive to keep our customers happy and coming back for more
